This year we will be holding our Annual Parish Meeting in-person and virtually via Zoom. We would like for you to register so we will know how many will be joining online and who will be in person. If are attending virtually, you will receive the Zoom link to join the meeting which starts at 11:30 am. Everyone who registers will receive all documentation related to the meeting on Thursday, Jan. 27th in an email. We will be affirming new Vestry members, voting on Convention Delegates, and hearing from Karl about the vision for the coming year.

Discover Our Saviour is our regular newcomer’s event. It is an informational session offered various times throughout the year for anyone who is interested in hearing more about the Vision/Values of Our Saviour, who we are in relation to the Global Anglican Church, or what the word Anglican even means. This is a great place to take your next steps at getting connected within the church.

Whether that’s finding a small group, the best place to use your gifts to serve the church, or become a member, Discover Our Saviour will help you get connected.

Christian Men's Conference

John W. Yates, II, speaker for the 2022 Christian Men’s Conference is the retired Founder and Rector of The Falls Church Anglican, one of the first parishes in the Anglican Church of North America.

With degrees from the University of North Carolina, Princeton Theological Seminary and Fuller Theological Seminary, Dr Yates served churches in Columbia, S.C., and Sewickley, Pa. before coming to Falls Church, Va. in 1979. He was Rector of the historic Falls Church (Episcopal) before founding The Falls Church Anglican in 2006. The Awakening of Washington’s Church by Josh Simmons tells the fascinating story of the departure from the Episcopal church and Yates’s role in the establishment of the Anglican Church in North America.

This fundamental character of Anglicanism is based on the fact that our primary source of authority is in the Scriptures and the Liturgy is designed to teach the reformed doctrines of grace and justification by faith alone, found only in Jesus Christ.   Come and learn more about what Anglicanism is all about!

The Anglican way is a requirement for those who wish to be received or confirmed by the Bishop on Sunday, March 20 at the 10:00 am service.
